Dear ATCOs!

As of March 24, 2024, the ATC Department and IVAO Ukraine Staff are implementing the following changes to the FRA. A personalized FRA system is being introduced, granting individual access to controller positions based on their ability to handle traffic, granted at the discretion of UA-AOC.

• Monday through Thursday are days when APP and CTR positions are open under personalized FRA.
• APP and CTR positions are unavailable on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, as well as during events, trainings, or exams for participants with personalized FRA.

A new UKBU_FSS (Kyiv Information) position is created, accessible to controllers with an AS3 rating under personalized FRA.

During pre-event coordination of ATC control, UA-AOC reserves the right to prioritize controllers who have completed ATC Academy. More details about ATC Academy can be found here: https://forum.ivao.aero/threads/atc-academy.378563/
